FREE USA shipping is within the contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories).
We partner with the third-party shipping provider GlobalShopex.com to process our international orders. To checkout internationally, add all items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, simply select “Checkout” and, once you arrive to the Shopping Cart review page, select the “International Checkout” option. When your parcel has left our warehouse you will receive an email from us providing you with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. You can also use the tracking number to view the status of your parcel on the UPS website and view when it’s likely to arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from SYONA HOME are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).
If you notice any problems with your order, you should notify our customer care team as soon as possible quoting your tracking number. Please keep all packaging in case the parcel was tampered with, as this may be required back to complete further investigations with the couriers.
How to send your Return or Exchange
For all domestic orders, call customer service for a PREPAID return mailing label. To ship an item back to SYONA HOME please:
- Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
- For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
- Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label.
Mail your package using one of the following methods:
- Drop your package at a UPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). Click here to find the closest location.
- Leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS pick-up.
